Postnatal Doula Support Services

Postnatal doulas provide flexible practical and emotional support postnatally for families in their
own homes.

I take a holistic, whole family approach to my care, supporting both the birthing parent and the partner as you heal, rest, and bond with your new baby.

With a background of over 20 years as a maternity nanny and educator, alongside antenatal and postnatal training and a member of Doula UK, I can offer a variety of packages and support services for you.

All packages can be tailored to your individual needs.

As your doula I can:

Create a space for you to explore your birth experience - for both the birther and their partner
Listen to how you feel without fear of judgement
Baby feeding support - however you choose to feed your baby
Preparing meals for you to support your recovery
Practical support services including laundry, household chores, washing and sterilising baby equipment
Care for your baby whilst you eat, sleep, shower, and rest
Help to answer any questions you have about yourself or your baby
Offer support and care of any other children and/or pets
Help you find additional resources to support your parenting journey and recovery
Baby care support - first bath, safe sleep, understanding the physiology of your newborn’s sleep, baby massage, skin to skin and bonding, play and development understanding… and many more

I also offer antenatal support and hypnobirthing practice that can be tailored to your unique circumstances.

And night nanny services too.

Personalised Packages

The Antenatal Package

10 hours of 1 to 1 antenatal education and postpartum planning
£300

The Perinatal Package

5 hours antenatal and postnatal planning sessions
20 postnatal doula hours (each session a minimum of 2 hours)
£625

The Postnatal Package

20 postnatal doula hours (each session a minimum of 2 hours)
£500

Ad-hoc or additional hours @£30 per hour
Night nanny services @£25 per hour singles or £30 per hour twins

All packages can be adjusted to meet your requirements.
