It's time for an antenatal course that tells you what you really need to know.

Reduce birth anxiety by gaining a better understanding of what is going to happen to you before, during and after your birth.

If you want to step into parenthood more prepared than any other antenatal this is the only course you will need.

A 6 week x 2 hour course to prepare you for what's ahead.

The New Parent Course

 

If everything you learnt (or maybe didn't) in your antenatal course has disappeard from memory in the haze that is new parenthood we welcome you with open arms and a shoulder for support.

We revisit feeding techniques, sleep patterns how to play with your baby and looking after your physical and mental self.
Our unique 4 pillar approach will help you settle into parenthood and meet others going through the exact same thing you are.

A 4 week 1 hour course for all new parents.

Baby Massage and Reflexology

 

Touch is your babies first language, so let's communicate!

Baby Massage is an integral part of helping your child develop good muscle tone, awarenes and strength. Baby massage can help relax your baby, reducing periods of crying and in doing so aid sleep – welcome news for any new parent.

A 5 week 1 hour course for babies from 6 weeks old.

Baby Yoga

 

Baby yoga is made up of a variety of poses and positions to promote baby’s development, health and wellbeing.

The positions and postures are gentle body awareness movements, not quite the yoga we normally think of. Improve your little one's muscle tone, flexibility, body awareness and coordination.

A weekly 1 hour course to drop into at any time. Pre booking required.
